Refund: A full refund can only be requested if the order is still in the "Pending Review" status. Once the order status changes to "Shipped," the refund can only be processed if the order was officially refused by the inmate. In case of rejection, a deduction of 59 riyals will be made to cover processing fees, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer. Important notes: We always recommend verifying the accuracy of the data (name, "prisoner number," authority, ID number) before completing the order to avoid any delay or rejection. Refunds are processed within 2 to 9 working days after verifying the status and approval. Return and Exchange Policy You will be compensated or refunded if there is an issue with the product sent by us. Incorrect customer information: If inaccurate information about the prison or sender/receiver details was provided, leading to delivery failure, the customer bears full responsibility. Delivery costs and products will not be refunded in this case.
